⚓ On the water — safety first
We run a tight, safe boat. A few things everyone should know: a life jacket is on board for each person — wear it when we ask. In an emergency on the water, hail the Canadian Coast Guard on VHF Channel 16 or call 1-800-567-5111 (or 911 on shore). The open Pacific can build fast — if you're prone to seasickness, take Dramamine the night before and the morning of, not once you're already queasy. Check the sea-state & swell forecast before each run.
